Director of Sales and Marketing

Position: Director of Sales and Marketing

Director of Health Services

Position: Director of Health Services
Community: Summerlin Memory Care
Position Summary: Responsible to needs of residents; functions in the role of Director of all nursing responsibilities for the Community.  Responsible for providing emergency intervention to residents, to facilitate the residents’ well-being and providing nursing to facilitate the individual resident's independence.  Plans, organizes, develops, directs and evaluates the nursing service operation ensuring the highest degree of quality patient care.  Ensures adherence to all applicable federal, state and local standards.

Business Office Manager

Position: Business Office Manager
Community: Summerlin Memory Care
Position Summary: The Business office Manager is responsible for all accounting functions of the community, as well as all HR needs. Duties include preparing and reporting resident financial information, reviewing and sending billing statements and processing payments. Additional responsibilities will be to process all accounts receivable and payable, maintain employee records and process payroll. The Business Office Manager is also the Direct Supervisor of our Concierge Team.

Director of Culinary Services

Position: Director of Culinary Services
Community: Summerlin Memory Care
Position Summary: The Director of Culinary Services provides full-scope, hands on management of the Community Food and Beverage program.  Responsible for maintaining a superior level of quality service and cleanliness at all times.  Position will successfully manage in a cost structure environment to meet budgetary goals in area of Food and Beverage budget and labor guidelines.

Director of Plant Operations

Position: Director of Plant Operations

Position Summary: Responsible for overseeing the care and maintenance of all aspects of the community’s physical plant to include maintaining an effective preventative maintenance program; the hiring, training and supervising of all plant personnel; the coordinating of life safety and security programs; the procuring of supplies, material and equipment, and assisting with budget preparation and operating within budgetary guidelines.

Concierge

Position: Concierge
Community: Summerlin Memory Care
Position Summary:   Responsible for meeting and greeting resident, guests, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner.  Monitor visitors entering the building ensure they sign-in.  Answer/transfer incoming phone calls and handle switchboard to respond to communication needs and inquiries.  Keep environment of the lobby and front desk neat and clean.  Maintain resident data, such as directories, information sheets, and other projects on the computer.  May coordinate transportation for resident trips or outings.

LPN, All Shifts

Position: LPN, all Shifts
Community: Summerlin Memory Care
Position Summary: Provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by Quality of Life Specialist.  Administers medication, performs treatments and procedures, obtains specimens as needed, completes documentation as required.
